I had this toy for years and could never take it fully, but finally I had a session where I fully straightened out the s-bend FIRST then tried taking this huge toy and it finally started going in fully. The toy I used to straighten out the s-bend is small, long, and firmer, and it's called the 'longneck' by square peg toys. mine is in their firm black, but they don't make it in firm anymore. soft should still work. great question tho! woofs!
